The login ID in my profile is incorrect

Once generated, your login ID cannot be edited or changed. 


If your login ID contains a typo, login and check that the registered name in your profile has been entered correctly. If it is incorrect, you can update your name but you will not be able to change your login ID. 


The login ID is not your organisation login or employee number and is not related to an internal system. Your login ID will not be included on your certificates.


If the login ID contains someone else’s name, it is very likely you are logged into another learner’s profile. Log out immediately and notify the NHHI Help Desk.
