How do I enrol in a learning module?

All modules are best opened in the most up-to-date version of the following internet browsers:

Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Safari
Firefox

All modules are designed to work on laptops, tablets, and phones. However, the view will differ on each device due to the size of the screen.

If you are unsure which module to complete, please refer to the Hand Hygiene and Infection Prevention and Control eLearning modules webpage, and seek advice from your employer or education provider.

How to enrol in a module:

If you know the module that you want to enrol in, type the module title into the search bar, press Enter on your keyboard or select to find it:

Search results will show the module/s which relate to the information entered. Select the relevant module by clicking the module title.

If you don’t know the module you want to enrol in, select the relevant category within the Online Learning Module Categories menu:

The catalogue for that category will open. For example, if you select ‘Click here for Hand Hygiene Modules’ the hand hygiene module catalogue will appear.

Scroll through the catalogue and select the relevant module:

Once you have found the relevant module, click on 'Go' to enrol:

The ‘Progress tab will open. Select the ‘Launch’ button when you are ready to start the module:

Contact your Organisation Administrator or the NHHI Help Desk. To verify your identity, please provide the following:

List of emails that may have been used (including past and current personal, work or student emails, even if you no longer have access to these)
Organisation names (including past and current health organisations you have worked for and/or educational institutions where you have studied e.g. TAFE, university)
Employee/student number (include past and current employer/ learning institution numbers)
AHPRA number (if applicable)
Any alternative personal names OR spellings.
