Below are the main causes of login issues and what to do:
Check that the password request email is being sent to an email address that is registered with the NHHI LMS
Try logging in using a different email address that may have been registered in your profile. If you do not know or have access to your registered email address, contact the NHHI Help Desk with the following:
- List all possible email(s) that could be linked to your profile.
- Organisation name (include current and previous employers/learning institutions).
- Employee number (include current and past numbers).
- Student number (include current and past numbers).
- AHPRA number (if applicable).
Check if your email provider has marked the password reset email as spam
- Check the junk/spam folder in your email account for emails from notifications@southrock.com.
- If you find the password reset email in your junk/spam folder, mark sender notifications@southrock.com as safe to avoid missing out on future emails from the system.
There may be an error with the registered email address linked to your profile
Contact the NHHI Help Desk with the following:
- List all possible email(s) that could be linked to your profile.
- Organisation name (include current and previous employers/learning institutions).
- Employee number (include current and past numbers).
- Student number (include current and past numbers).
- AHPRA number (if applicable).
