If you cannot login, do not create a new profile. NHHI LMS learners only need one profile for all their online learning requirements.
When learners create a new NHHI LMS profile, login details are sent to the email address entered during profile registration. An email containing login ID with subject ‘Welcome to the National Hand Hygiene Initiative (NHHI) Learning Management System (LMS)’ is sent from notifications@southrock.com. Please search your email including junk/spam to find this email.
The local NHHI LMS Administrator(s) for your organisation have access and responsibility to assist you with login. Please contact them for help.
Check that you are accessing the correct website:
- Ensure you are accessing the correct website at https://nhhi.southrock.com.
- Select ‘Login’.
- Enter your Login ID OR registered email address and password.
- If you are still having issues, you can retry login with different details, reset password or contact the NHHI Help Desk.
Are you logging in with the right email address?
If you are trying to log in using an email address, this email address needs to match the registered email address that you used to set up your profile.
